A big WR, which I like but a slow one, which I don't like.

    Re: New FB Commit

That's very good size for a wideout. 4.65 is not fantastic, but in a WR size, bulk, and technique can overcome a lack of speed.

Unless there is an R next to that time, they could have pulled it off a cereal box. ISU wanted him, and got him. Nice to see our class adding players throughout the offseason.

    Re: New FB Commit

If CPR offered him that early I'm fine with it. Hopefully we can get some decent prospects early in the year and then be able to close on some really sought after prospects at the end of the period.

    Re: New FB Commit

He's got plenty of speed. He gets behind the CBs quite a bit, and rather easily. He'll never be confused with a burner, but he's got enough speed to be a WR that you offer this early. I'd say he's a WR all the way.

Edit: I see Scout said he also plays DE in High school. He would be a great athlete for DE if we wanted that.

I never said I didn't like him. I love his size but he's just on the slower side if that number is accurate.

I think the words you are looking for are 'tight end'.

Didn't McNutt run like a 4.8? This kid could play receiver if he wants.
