Hoops Recruiting: Niang/Hoiberg connection spurs early commitment

Notes from my interview with Georges Niang. Great kid. One of my favorites I have ever interviewed.

Sounds like he's the type of kid that will never be satisfied and will continue to put in the work to improve his game. Love it. Great start to the 2012 class.

great article. I love hearing how Fred was the key to sealing the deal on this. We have some great recruiters on the staff, but knowing that Fred is also a capable recruiter as well is great to hear. That was a question I had about him with his lack of college coaching experience. Just another test passed. Way to go, Freddie!!!

I like that he knows what his weakness is and said he has pledged to work very hard on that next year! Student body President is good too because that means he's a leader and obviously a well liked kid!
