    I was kinda surprised that 2 of those pitches to the first batter of the 9th weren't called strikes. I know they were balls (borderline) but if a guy has a PG through 8 don't you expand it a little?

    Especially the first pitch....even Coomdog is saying on the tube right now that it should have been called a strike. Rats!!!!! Still a complete game shutout though. Beautiful Scottie!

    Thats's too bad, it would have been a bright spot in the twins season. i was disappointed with the umps calls for the first batter...still a good game tho!
