question for cigarette rollers out there

i am making a cigarette out of sterling and copper and need to know the diameter of purchased filters for rolling cigarettes. are they the same diameter as pre-made cigarette filters or are they different? also, i guess the length would be helpful too. i need these as exact as possible so i can place one inside of the copper tube and have it snug and not fall out.

    millimeters would be best.

    thanks in advance

Sterling Cooper? Yeah, I'd ask Don Draper - he would probably know.

Do roll-yer-own cigarettes have filters? My grandpa used to roll his, and I never saw him put a filter in it. It also never ended up the same size as a store bought cigarette.

On a side note, he learned how to roll a cigarette with one hand so he could do it while driving a tractor. Then one day he was driving down the road and ended up rolling his tractor into the ditch. Smoking tried to kill him, but he was too ornery and he died of old age instead.

You can spend a lot of time and money picking out the perfect floral bouquet for your date ... but you're probably better off checking if you have bad breath and taking the porn out of the glove compartment.

You grandfather sounds like a badass. There aren't many left in today's pussified metro sexual world.

It's not how you roll 'em, it's what's in 'em.

He totally was. He boxed Golden Gloves and from what others have told me, he was really good but liked farming more (and didn't like getting hit). He also had a reputation as a ladies man - my grandma's parents weren't too happy when they started dating and eventually got married. Too many good stories of him, wish he was still around to tell them.

And for what it's worth, his hand-rolled cigarettes were usually 2/3 to 3/4 the diameter of a store bought one, and a little shorter.

My grandpa rolled his own too. Remember it visibly although I was young. He also had this little donkey figure that you could put a cigarette paper in its back, sprinkle some tobacco in there, crank it and the cig came out of the donkeys ***. We loved it.

Is this a weed board, or a Cyclone athletics board? I have a hard time telling anymore.

What post on this thread had anything to do with weed?

But I think it was tongue-in-cheek.

I don't smoke myself, but I know quite a few people who have started rolling their own. They picked up the papers and the little machine to make them look good. Not sure if they used filters or not (again, don't smoke, so didn't care). From what I understand, it's pretty economical to roll your own since there are less taxes on the individual components as opposed to a completed cigarette.
