You can now add Seton Hall to that list.

Looks like A&M is playing the "if Iowa State offers we offer" game.

we're really starting to get some major competition with these recruits. Hopefully we can come through with at least one of these guys, if we can recruit the big boys, then ISU bball will really be on its upswing.

This is why transfer you may be an easier way to recruit.

Eventually if you want to get high level talent, you're going to have to go up against the big boys and win on the recruiting trail.

You usually have to win a bit before that actually happens. I expect it to really start up after next season.

Yes and no. Obviously you're not going to win many recruiting battles with the big boys until you've shown that you're going to offer them the chance to win, but good recruiters can often recruit well in situations that don't look great on paper. By "good recruiters", I mean someone that can recruit above their schools typical level.

Between Fred, TJ and Matt A., I would say we have a formidable line up to recruit players and we'll always stand a chance. We should expect to win a couple of recruiting battles this year. We won't get everyone we want, nor will we ever, but if you can get an average of 2-3 sought after kids each year, you're within striking distance of a conference championship half of the time at least.

I can't believe Texas Freakin' A&M is considered a "big boy" in college hoops. Ridiculous.

While on live TV, Ford used a vulgar term to describe a private part of the female anatomy, adding that he was “happily married” and “got more than enough to eat at home.”

I know, it just pisses me off - same with Baylor.
