    Negus Webster-Chan decommits

Saw that Negus Webster-Chan opened his recruitment back up. We were recruiting him before, wonder what our chances are now.

Sounds like there may be some trouble brewing in the Louisville camp.

Major trouble. If you want a good laugh, go read their scout board. Talk about meltdown city.

I suppppppose I'd be ok with us taking a nationally ranked, skilled 6-8 small forward.

Not to side-track the conversation and without having to read Louisville boards...what are the problems with Louisville? Unfulfilled expectations?

Would this be enough like a transfer for us to make it work?

Since we are an elite team now, let's go get that One Cyclone Moment.

Personally I'd rather see him go somewhere else for a couple years to really develop his skills then transfer here.

"@DaveTelep Negus Webster-Chan. De-committed from Louisville. Will take a spin around college hoops, take 5 visits, slow process down"

I wonder if we'll get one of those visits?

I think Mizzou might be in the hunt for this kid. I heard on KC radio last week an interview with a Louisville guy about one of the assistants Haith had just hired away from Pitino. I can not remember his name but he was the lead recruiter on Webster-Chan. Hopefully TJ can win the battle this time around.

I believe you are right. His primary recruiter just left Louisville, and I'm pretty sure he did go to Missouri.
