    Animal Tracks

Can anyone identify these animal tracks? Looks like 4 toes, back feet bigger than front. I didn't think to put anything down to show scale, but those are 2-3 inch river rocks in the picture as it's in the back of my house.

    Re: Animal Tracks

ehh.....maybe not. The one with the longer toes looks like a raccoon, the rest look like dog prints. Either that, or there was a one legged raccoon hopping alongside a three legged dog.

    Re: Animal Tracks

Those are grizzly bear tracks.. Obviously one has gone rogue and moved into your backyard. I'd pack my things and be out before dark, you don't want to be there after dark.

    Re: Animal Tracks

On the last project I was on, we poured concrete late in the afternoon and looked at the concrete pour the next day and had coyote tracks stamped in the whole walk we just poured.

Also, golfed at Jester Park last Saturday and on the way home saw a wolf on the West/North bound lane shoulder about where there are horses on the East side of the road. Are wolves common in this area?

Unless it was a pet, no you didn't. And how do you know they weren't dog tracks? They look identical.
