Re: Spring game + prom = Saturday for Jevohn Miller

I just wish we had enough quality depth in front of him that we could afford to redshirt him this year. It would be great to get that extra year of eligibility for him and have him be that much better once he hits the field.

However, if he legitimiately the true backup for Knott, we probably can't afford to hold him out.

There was a discussion about our depth at LB. If our depth was REALLY good, we would be able to let Miller learn this year and get stronger. Instead we need him on ST and taking snaps in practice as a backup.

Oh well, the kids looks like a great get and I am looking forward to seeing him play for the next four years.

    Another Klein and Knott hopefully

I am shocked Iowa didn't go after this kid. Ha. their loss, our gain.

Having that 5th year of Klein, Knott, and Rump would be particularly nice.

He really stands out in the practice vids. Doesn't look like he needs a red shirt to me...

Ok, back to the original topic; Millers Prom!!!

I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess that BGM is basically Hawk Central. I wonder how his high school friends feel about him playing for the enemy? Maybe Miller can get a cardinal and gold tux to wear on Saturday.

Yes, BGM is Hawk Central. but more and more people in community are switching loyalties to proudly supporting ISU because of Jevohn.

Instead of cardinal (red), he went with BGM high school's other school color, blue. Probably his girlfriend's choice to match her dress.
