Photo storage sites - Yahoo closing

So I've been told I need to switch my photos that are stored on Yahoo! Photo to somewhere else.

These are the options they're providing:

    Flickr
    KODAK Gallery
    Shutterfly
    Snapfish
    Photobucket

Anybody have any opinions on what's better than others? I'm looking for FREE or very cheap and the ability to send them via web to developing shops (i.e. Target photo) - basically everything Yahoo provided

I use IPhoto, but I have a Macbook so it is free and extremely userfriendly, since Apple wrote the software for their hardware. Not sure what it costs for PC owners and how easy it is to use with them-but I'd give it a look

Google now has Picasa. I've uploaded a few photos to it, but don't use it very often. It's free if you have a Google account.

I've used Snapfish for the last 19 months since my daughter was born. Free for photos but there is a minimal monthly charge for videos to be stored. The photos can be sent through there to Walgreens.
    No complaints about them.

    This is the best IMO.

You download software on your PC that holds the pictures. From that software you can edit the pictures, backup to CD/dvd, buy from other places like snapfish, wal-mart, kodak, etc, upload to Picasa Web Albums or any of the other sites. For easy to use.

Iphoto could not be worse. It takes 2 hrs to download photos off a big camera unless you delete the photos from the camera each time you download. It is so annoying. That is my biggest complait about my mac.

Other than the fact that it is a Mac?

Don't get me wrong - I think Macs make great work computers, and I actually prefer them when it comes to graphic/web design among other things. But they make lousy personal computers, whereas I have always thought Windows was much more user-friendly (especially for games - do you know how much it would have sucked to not have a right click when playing Diablo II?).
