    Iowa State Apparel

Hello Fanatics, I'll be an incoming freshman next year at State, and I'm looking to stock up on a bunch of Iowa State t-shirts, shorts, and all that good stuff. Which begs my question: Where's your favorite place (preferably online) to shop for Iowa State apparel?

    ISU Bookstore:

Iowa State University Bookstore : ISU Book Store

Profits from the items go to the University.

    EDIT:

I usually uses Cy's Locker Room on the AD site but no items are currently listed Orders are filled by the ISU Bookstore anyway.

Dogtown University || Iowa State Cyclone Apparel

Dogtown is a bit cheaper but has a smaller selection

    T*Galaxy Home

TGalaxy was started by an ISU grad and is still on Welch Ave. They usually have the widest variety.

Some great stuff at Dogtown University. They are also a good choice if you ever need custom shirts made (technically A&R Marketing, which is upstairs).

    Re: Iowa State Apparel

ISU Bookstore is a good choice for the reasons listed above. However, sometimes I find their selection a little lacking, especially with the Nike apparel (me being a big time Nike junkie).

If you can afford a trip to West Des Moines, try Scheels at Jordan Creek. Excellent selection.

I am an ISU alum who lives in Virginia, so I get most of my ISU stuff online. I use Football Fanatics, they have a ton of ISU stuff, and flat rate 4.99 shipping no matter how big your order.

    Re: Iowa State Apparel

Bookstores are overpriced and besides, why would you do business with a store that is going to screw you on textbooks for the next 4-5 years. I am almost 30 years removed from ISU and I still refuse to buy anything from the bookstores on principle alone. I had to play by their rules for four years. They will play by my rules for the rest of time.

There are 10,000 places on line to get Iowa State apparel. It's the world wide web. Why limit to two overpriced stores within 500 feet of each other on the edge of campus? Do a Google shopping search and go crazy!

If you have a tj maxx they sometimes have a great selection of stuff. Other than that just try online stores or just come to Ames and look around.
