Re: Any new word about "The Mitten"?

I don't care for the nickname the "Mitten". It sounds a little too insulting.
    How about just "The Mitt"?

I was wondering the same thing. As mysteriously and out of nowhere the rumors came up, they disappeared. CW said he hasn't heard anything about "The Mitt" from any of his sources so I'm going with that for now

I don't care for the fact that according to this website, everyone needs a nickname.

Too bad, I was hoping instead of Calvin being the "Godfather" we could be using some Shawn Kemp "Rain Man" nickname if "the mitt" was coming here.

Gary Payton told Colin Cowherd on ESPN radio that his kid, Gary Payton II (not to be confused with Gary Payton JR), was going to play at Iowa State... But nobody at Iowa State can confirm this, and there is no info anywhere.

I want to boo this, but instead applause is the appropriate response...
