How much would DeMarcus Phillips of helped

This year or at all? Think he would have made a difference at all?

Don't care, he's gone so move on. If anyone could have helped it would be Royce, not DeMarcus.

No. Unless he was a whole lot more athletic and gifted than he showed on the court this year.

We definitely could have used another solid combo guard. He showed nothing while he was here to indicate he could fill that void so I don't think his departure was a big deal.

He played some after the hand healed. He didn't seem very quick or aggressive.

I can understand the poorer shooting, since he had a hand injury (though I don't remember if that was his shooting hand or not). But he didn't seem to offer much of anything when he got out there.

We were low on numbers and McKnight didn't help at all. I like Phillips was in the same boat this year. It may have been from the injury which was unfortunate but its the way it is

He would have helped for depth. It would be nice if Scotty and DG didn't have to play at least 38 minutes a game.

He was really lazy from what I saw. He would have only helped if he actually took the time to care.

Re: How much would DeMarcus Phillips of helped

Another capable post player would have gone a lot further than another combo guard. That would have allowed Ejim to log some minutes at the 3, allowing more rest for our guards. Phillips didn't show me anything to make me think we would have been better off with him.

I think he would have taken Bubu's minutes eventually. Don't forget, before he hurt his hand, he was rumored to be a starter.
