    Re: Practice for pregame.

Last season everyone complained about the pre-game 'pep rally' I just figured they were making a mountain out of a mole hill. I was wrong. That was sad to watch. The cheers were sad, the ring leader did his best(?), but the cheers were quite limiting. The CY..CL..one was bad.

    Re: Practice for pregame.

Is it me or did he have east and west backward throughout that? The bleachers are in the south endzone. As he pointed to his left, he said "East Side". That is most certainly the west side.

Let's just completely do away with this please.

Ugh, the camera added about 10 pounds to those clips.

Forced cheers are horrible, especially when you have someone like Jeff Johnson leading it. Sigh. Do away with those this year, puh-lease.

That was real bad...probably an early game also. I would hate to watch one from later in the season.

    Re: Practice for pregame.

I'm pretty sure that was the first Saturday game. He "taught" the cheers for a painfully long time...

    True and Valiant

I also remember a game with Kansas when Cy (wore a huge suit then) went out to center field, squatted, and "pooped" a couple of chickens that had been dyed blue then chased them around.

That's true, he did kind of come out without warning. People around me were giving each other looks like "who is this?" or "what the hell are we doing?" We got more into it as the season progressed, but I imagine it went down as we started, well, losing.

I might have made it until I read this.

    I guess I lose.

Good Lord, that is awful to watch.
