    Staukas and Okoro

OK Chris, you gave us 2 names for 2012.
Do you have some info on them or can you tell us when it's coming?

We are on top with Michigan, Wake Forest, and Kansas for Stauskas. Kansas hasn't offered yet.

    Re: Staukas and Okoro

Stauskas looks very thin. What position would he play at ISU? It seems like if his recruiting is picking up we have probably dropped out of the race for someone else. My money would be on JP Tokoto.

I like how you think but pretty sure we are on top because I comes before K, M & W.

We need to get Okoro. He just rececntly said that he is real comfortable with us. It looks like we are probably in the lead for him right now.

you misunderstood him. we are on top for Stauskas along with those 3 teams. there was a rivals article recently that said he had 4 teams in the lead and we are one of them.

That's why there was a 'with' in that sentence.

Also an article on the bottom of his page saying he has four on top.

    Re: Staukas and Okoro

What about Siyani Chambers? He's a four star on rivals but Baylor, Iowa State, and Nebraska seem to be the only big name schools going after him. He is considered the 16th best PG in the class, and that's a position that I think is going to be important for us to fill. Does anyone have any information on this guy?

Chris, I get the impression that Okoro, Dingle, and Stauskas are top, primary targets for 2012. Are you aware of any other recruits that are being heavily recruited like those 3 are? I don't think ISU is on Tokoto's radar, same deal with Woodbury. I also get the impression that Gesell, Lee and Staten may be more Plan B type recruits with conditional offers, is that accurate? Is Phillip Nolan still a legit target?

    Thanks.

Tokoto gave his top/final 8 and we weren't on it a while ago. KU, UK, Uconn, UNC, Marquette, Maryland, Wisc., UCLA.

Woodbury we aren't recruiting. We aren't sure if its because we don't want/need him or wheather he told us not to recruit him.
