    Anyone else think we should have fouled Diaz and never gone to OT?

    Diaz is a 56% FT shooter, Nebraska was shooting 50% from 3 point.

    They were VERY poor at the FT stripe today.

    Foul Diaz, put the big guys in for the rebound on the foul shots.

    Use a time out to switch offensive sets if he makes both (very unlikely but we'd still have a 1 point lead)

    Get the rebound with Godfrey, Railey, JVB and Ejim all in on Diaz's FTs and we don't even have to go to OT.

    Just saying.

    More bad coaching at the end of the game. I'm looking forward to see what camps our coaches go to this summer to get better. I hear Coach K puts on a great Coaches camp.

    I mean if you can do a better job coaching, why didnt you throw your name in the hat when JP was looking for a new coach?

    Yes, but at the least, Jeter should have had no space to launch a 3. Perhaps they were worried that Jeter would launch into DG and get a chance at 3 free throws, or God forbid, 3+1

    I would have fouled anybody with a 3 point lead, especially the way we were hitting our free throws on the other end.

    Not really sure why you wouldn't foul in that situation but plenty of coaches don't.

    No, but Jeter shouldn't have been guarded so loosely. Diaz would have missed a the free throw but would have gotten his own rebound.

    Way too much time was left in the game to foul. Shouldn't have even been considered.

    With our luck, if we fouled him, this is what happens:
    He goes to the line and makes 2, misses the 3rd, Nebraska gets own rebound and they put it back in for a 4 point possession. Actually, what happens is after Nebraska get the rebound, they kick it out and hit a 3, to make it a 5 point possession. Seriously, that's probably what would have happened.

    Glad someone else at least understands the percentage game.

    I second guess all OBVIOUS mistakes that we consistently don't correct, win or lose. I guess we can continue to learn Nothing and settle for wins in non-conference vs cupcakes and in home games vs the bottom of the big 12.

    Baylor and Nebraska are middle of the Big 12 teams.
