Re: OU off-season workouts violated NCAA Rules

Did you see the list of rules violations? Coaches questioning why players weren't working out, more than 8 hours a week of exercise due to a pilates class. These are seriously violations? 8 hours a week is the equivalent of a little more than an hour a day. I am sorry, but I was in the gym more than that in college. There are way to many restrictions on off-season workouts IMO.
