    the lucious competition

didnt see this anywhere else. lucious needs to make up his own mind about where he goes and i am assuming the staff has givin him an offer. but the comment he made according to chris' musings column is something like ...now that marquette is not interested, ... recruitment is pretty much down to whoever else comes along and i.s.u. kinda sounds like he's still looking for a better looking date for prom. (sorry i didnt have the exact quote)

Ever think maybe we are doing the same thing? If we can find a great HS 2012 recruit we will take him, or we will fall back with a great back up plan in KL. Not much competition for him, so we have time to explore our options.

Now we have another suspended player at KU. Maybe he will be on the market soon.

Is there a hard date that his decision needs to be made by?

No hard date besides before classes start in August I think but I doubt Fred would want it to go on that long.

    Lucious Game Winner

If he can do this for us, I'd be happy to have him:

Why was Allen sitting at the end of this game? Any insight? No big deal, but it does appear (at least to me) like Allen's streaming off the bench to celebrate with his teammates.

He had a foot injury. Only played a couple minutes.
