Re: Grammy Reporter's Mishap Blamed on Migraine, Not Stroke

I thought it was funny from the beginning. I had an instance just yesterday in class where I stumbled over one of my words and it created a domino effect into the rest of my words. I completed the entire sentence, my students looked at me like, "wtf did that even mean?" and I just kind of facepalmed and attempted it again.

    Yeah, migraines are hilarious.

Didn't Pete Taylor think he was suffering from migraines?

agree. It's ok to laugh at this one, in my book. gotta admit, the initial accounts of her suffering a stroke had me feeling a little guilty for laughing. Now, I'm fine with it.

Migraines aren't funny in and of themselves, but combined with mush mouth syndrome it becomes hilarious.

I concur. I used to get migraines that put me in the hospital. No fun.

I think you can laugh, but then if anyone sees you laughing say you were sneezing or something and say how terrible a situation this is.

In the interest of staying appropriate, and since this doesn't really need it's own thread, I give you this:
