    Racquetball

Name a sport with a higher number of ****** bags per participant........

with the goggles, socks pulled to the knees, and pads for every inch of their fat bodies. The fifteen pairs of gloves in their Ektelon duffle bag, and the 'Hey, look at me! I just worked out because I am sweating like a pig' attitude.

Don't say Golf, because it's a borderline sport for 60,999,500 of the 61,000,000 people that play it. In addition, I know for a fact that 60, 999,999 are not as douchey as even the average RB player.

    also

I know Adult Softball Player is probably close, but their beer drinking ability alone keeps them in front of Racquet court geek. And I apologize to the 1 RB player reading this that isn't a huge tool, it wasn't directed at you.

I was going to say golf just because I work in the industry. You wont change my mind.

    Re: Racquetball

I use to love to play racquetball, I guess that makes me a db.

I wore goggles because I didn't want to be hit in the eyes.
    I sweat when I workout

    I didn't wear long socks
I didn't wear any pads but if I was competitive I probably would have.

That and they're required most places.

This was my first thought as well.

Step fathers...I see what you did there.

    Re: Racquetball

I played at the downtown Y back in the late 90's and I was about the only one that played under 60. I don't understand why it's not as popular any longer.

Actually it's easier to play wii games, so yeah.

    I agree.

I still enjoy RB. I have never worn goggles although it is a good idea. The main reason is that I sweat too much and then I cant see that tiny little ball coming at me 100mph.

    I never wore long socks.

It is actually a really good workout if the people playing are decent.

To the OP. I think that people who post about how others are DB's are themselves DB's.

Wait . . . does that make me one?

This seems suspiciously random.. did a racquetball player recently do something to you or your mother?

    Re: Racquetball

The worst are the raquetball players that have tats and wear stocking hats.

BTW-I also wore a sweatband so that probably put me near the top of the DB scale. Once in a while I would go into the weight room and look at myself in the mirror.

Headbands are key to any athletic activity that doesn't require a hat or helmet.

I work part-time at the downtown Y, and those guys he's talking about are still there, but their balls drag on the court, literally.
