    Q: Round-robin Big 12 bball scheduling

(If anything official has been released on this, please link me.)

Has anyone heard how the basketball schedule might work in the 10-team round robin?

I thought it would be cool to structure it similar to Pac-10 — with home-home "natural pairs" — but that probably wouldn't work with a Wednesday-Saturday setup (P-10 is Thursday-Sat, correct?)

It still could be set up in a similar rotation. For example, ISU would play UT-A&M back to back, KU-Mizzou, with KSU being the pair.

Do you like that type of schedule, or prefer a completely random draw?

    Just curious how it'll work.

I thought they were concerned about shaky play of Big 12 teams in tournament formats so they are scrapping weeknight games. A pair of teams will play at one team's home on Friday night/Saturday and then travel to the other team's home for the Sunday/Monday game. It will help to approximate the quick turnaround in the NCAA tournament.

    Oh, yeah.

KU/KSU was my first inclination. Then I thought Mizzou-KU Border War would take precedence ... and that'd fit the football "finale" pattern, so ISU-KSU Farmageddon
