Don't know him, but it is accurate nutritional advice.
In bodybuilding the saying goes "90% of your success is nutrition and rest (and genetics)", or the stuff you do when not working out.
Sounds like he's trying to get players to eat a couple mini-protein meals during the day.
Again, in bodybuilding where nutrition is key to getting ripped, you eat 5-6x per day and we're talking full meals but low low fat. And yeah, waay too much egg whites (Man, those farts are killer!) and tuna.
Word of advice: Never - and I mean NEVER work out near a bodybuilder with gas. You could die - or at least want to after smelling one of those.
