I think that is why Frazier was hired. I believe this stadium issue is what Zygi is focused on right now. Not turning around the Vikes.

No, the Vikes are hard enough to root for when they are in Minny. I don't think I could adopt a team from LA.

Zigi is the owner. He's focusing on getting paid, like 95% of all the other owners.

    Re: Los Angeles Vikings?

I can't blame them for wanting to move to a more lucrative market that hopefully doesn't have a stadium that collapses.

Here is the question that I think deserves answering, what happens to the divisions? Do the vikings stay in the NFC north to continue rivalries? Or do the Re arrange the NFC west to put the vikings there and the rams in the north?

I think Chiefs to the NFC North and Vikings to AFC West would be more appropriate.

Is there a reason that you feel this or just a gut feeling. The chiefs are further west and only slightly further north than St. Louis.

Just curious what the logic is?

Not me, I'd most likely be done with them. They are and always will be (for me) the Minnesota Vikings. If they do move I'm not sure I'll follow any other teams - maybe the Chiefs but not with the same devotion and enthusiasm I have with the Vikings.

Never argue with an idiot. They will bring you down to their level and then beat you with experience.

The Chiefs will never, ever go to the NFC with the history of the Hunt family.

Plus, there is no way the Chiefs give up the Broncos/Raiders rivalries.

    Re: Los Angeles Vikings?

If this happens I won't follow the LA Vikings. Probably root for the Chiefs, or just wait until the Jaguars move to Minneapolis and become the Lumberjacks or something like that.

Also, I think you'd see the Rams in the North and the Vikings in the West.

In 1984, I was hospitalized for approaching perfection.

As a Vikings fan I think if you're going to move them out West, may as well spice things up. If the NFL wants a new franchise, why not pit them against the Broncos, Raiders and Chargers? It's also my opinion that all the NFC North teams should play in an outdoor stadium and the Chiefs just conveniently fit that profile.

So the Lions are just going to magically start playing home games outside?
