Cubbie bear loses 10 of 14 to move within a half game

of the lead in the NL central. But I fear I do see a Redbird moving closer and closer to his rightful position.

Ya gotta admit that collapsing and moving getting closer to the division lead is pure cub style.

I wish the Cubs and Brewers would quit farting around and just put the Cards out of it. Cards play 7 games this week against them and looks like they are about to get all 3 from the Brewers. Cubs need to get 3 of 4 from the Cards and push them back some. It's been bizzare lately, both the Cubs and Brewers always seem to get hot and cold at the same time.

Every team has ups and downs. The Cardinals don't have the horses to keep up with the Cubs till the end of Sept IMO.

Reds will take 2 of 3 from the Brewers and the Cubs will split with the Cards, moving the Cubs into first place and the Cards into second place...

Cubs bats seem to producing lately, but the pitching has fallen off. Hopefully Lilly and Zambrano come back to form and we can start putting all teams in the dust.

Gotta Love Marmol in the 8 spot, hopefully he'll start closing. Don't trust Dempster.

Who needs quality arms when you've got Rich Hill and Sean Marshall?
