I had some dental work done in August. The place that did it couldnt get my insurance stuff to work so they had me write a check for $300 and they said we will pay you back when insurance passed. It did the next day. I am yet to get the money and each time I call them they say "oh my, sooooo sorry, we will get it in the mail asap. They have to get their parent office in Virginia to send the money. its been 6 months and nothing, ive called about 10 times. Do I threaten them w/ violence or what? My insurance company has verified that they paid them. I want to burn the place to the ground but feel that it is to much. Your thoughts?
document all of your requests. ALWAYS be nice. Ask for a supervisor or manager when talking. If sending letters send them signature required. Ask for a statement of your account. Then take them to small claims court after they are unresponsive (to a resolution) after 10 attempts.
