    Indiana wins national title...

Well... at least that's what it looks like....

YouTube - Tom Crean in the south lobby of Assembly Hall

Good god, this program is the last to have an undefeated season and they act like they've never been there. Holy ****. I mean the fans rushed the court, paraded around Assembly Hall for a while, and acted like they've won the national title. This just makes me hate Hoosier fans this much more....

It's funny how quickly they forgot about being absolutely blown out by a terrible Iowa team...

Well you better enjoy watching them lose while you can. They'll be much better with Zeller coming in next year and their 2012 class is flat out loaded. Crean took over this program at rock bottom and it's been a rough couple years, but they will be back very soon.

Really? When has Indiana ever had a top 10 recruiting class coming in since Crean took over?

I guess my question is why would an ISU fan, and I am one as well, hate on Crean for this? Do you remember us having a huge rally for beating a Texas team in Football that didn't even make a bowl. He's pumped up and he's given a ton of effort trying to get that program back to any kind of respectability after Samson tore that thing apart. I'd rather see a coach emotionally invested than to see one act like it was nothing.

I'm not an IU fan, but respect Creen. Kelvin Sampson helped kill Indiana bball.

Cyjack is right. They have a heck of a 2012 recruiting class lined up.

I agree 100%. My first thought when reading this...people in glass houses should not throw stones.

I love it when that guy tries unsuccessfully to get a high five from Crean at 1:13.

Truth. We made a recruiting video out of a reaction after a win.

Crean is just fine. Sampson killed that program and for anyone to think he can turn it around quickly is crazy. Doesn't help when by far his best player has had season ending injuries two years in a row.

But his recruiting is now really really good and with that talent, he will get time and start winning

Ah, we are currently in the same predicament IU is in as far as rebuilding. Why judge people for being excited for a long needed victory? Sometimes some of our fans just really annoy me.

In the fall of 1997 Cyclone fans (myself included) rushed the field, ripped down a goalpost, walked said goal post down Lincoln Way while collecting along the way 3 stop signs, 2 road barricades, and a dumpster. All of this was then deposited in Lake LuVerne where the crowd celebrated for another 45 mins before being dispursed.

We had just beated Baylor for our only win of the year.

    --

I have no problem with kids celebrating - none of these kids even know who Bob Knight is. Their program has been **** for all years they've been in school. Screw it, if your program hasn't been to the national championship in the last 5 years you have every right to rush the field / court in my mind. let 'em have fun
