    Josh Jordan Rivals Video

Has anyone watched Josh Jordan's video from the rival's site? This kid looks like a pretty impressive QB to me. Glad we snagged him!

    Re: Josh Jordan Rivals Video

I watched it a few days ago and commented in another thread about how it looked like he just flicked his wrist and it was gone. But his throwing motion looks a lil weird. Looks like his HS loves to have 4/5 WR sets. Hes just sittin back and slingin it. he wont be a bad player, but probably wont see the field til his junior year.

I was thinking the same thing, he seemed to have so little effort throwing the ball. Something seems off about his delivery. Is there such thing as a lazy stance? He seems to go into one everytime he drops back.

How does rivals determine which of it's prospect videos are free and which are premium? It seems like you'll have a free one sprinkled in there every once in a while for seemingly random reasons.

I don't think you have to have happy feet like Favre to have a good drop-back, i think that he is just comfortable in the pocket...if he could bring that to ISU, then we could possibly run an effective spread offense.

I love the touch he has on the ball... You don't see that alot in high school, alot of guys want to try and sling the ball around the field. I would say he is pretty far advanced for a soon to be senior and FAST, wow! Don't write him off untill junior year just yet!

Yeah, it is a little weird. I would say he is flicking the booger ok, but not necessarily elbowing his brother as he should.

Meyer has a weird delivery too, but it doesnt seem to limit him too bad.

Big physical kid. Looked like he made all the throws. Reminded me a little of Kliff Kingsbury from New Braunfels, TX. He played at Tech, and threw for a ton of yards.
