    Re: What happens in Vegas...

Isn't this one of the many reasons why Las Vegas supposedly dropped the "What happens here, stays here" ad campaign?

Chuck Lidell: I paint my toenails with pink and black polish. Problem is, I get more paint on my toes and on the carpet than on my nails. Any advice?
Maria Sharapova: Don't you beat up other guys for a living? I don't know how to answer this.

Legally, he could maybe wiggle his way around to winning, but nonetheless....he got himself into the mess.

Wonder if this guy has ever watch the move The Hangover? This line: "
...he also told the company he was incapable of making an informed agreement with the stripper because he was drunk at the time." especially is all you need to know that you just gotta let it go and you learned a lesson in the process. He paid for sex regardless, what did he think was going to happen when he reported it to the cops? That $120 is a small price to pay for not being arrested. The $1.8 mil for the "tragic event" is a money grab too.

Another example just like the lady that fell into the fountain of someone that can't take personal accountability for their actions and have the need to seek out a way to blame someone else for them. Society is in a sad state when things like this are becoming more common.

Sounds more like "Very Bad Things", well, without the whole "hang the hooker on the coat hook by the head" thing...

The million dollar (literally) question is, "What injuries did he sustain?"

Blackman said he now needs medical treatment for a mental condition related to the incident.
Even if he wins, he will be viewed as a ********* the rest of his life.

    Re: What happens in Vegas...

I am no lawyer, but I think this statement of his pretty much should end this lawsuit:

"Instead, after returning home he filed suit in federal court in New York, charging "An escort did an illegal sexual act on me during her paid service to me'' and "I almost had gotten arrested."

By paying for an "illegal" act, he committed an illegal act.

And good luck trying to find this gal. All the company has to do is say the kid called looking for a prostitute and they told him to **** it. His word against theirs.

And seriously, this sort of suit gives all lawyers a bad name. ANY lawyer worth their salt would tell the boy to grow a pair and get over it.

I think his problem is he did not realize you had to pay extra for the illegal acts.

The hooker leaving early + his claims of trauma = The hooker laughed at his size and/or stamina, he took offense and decided to sue.
