    Last night game

This band of Cyclones make me a proud fan. They gave everything they had last night and never gave up. Look at the box score how many minutes DG and Scotty played --with a bum arm. And then look at FG made by each team and last how many free throws our guys had in comparison with KU. Can't find anything bad about this bunch and it will get better.

Couldn't agree more. This group continues to impress and hopefully pull off some upsets. These guys deserve a lot for their efforts.

    Re: Last night game

I agree and have to say the coaching staff did a REALLY good job defensively considering what we were up against, 2 Morris's and their good buddies in stripes. It was nice to see Garrett's shot come back too, just wish he had better ball security but really, what other options do we have. Sure seems like it might have been a difference outcome if Scotty was healthy, another outside weapon would have made a huge different. Hats off to the whole team for a great effort, I was expecting to stop watching the game with about 10 minutes left.

    Re: Last night game

I thought Diante played his best game as a Cyclone last night. Great job from him.

I think if Scottie had a healthy elbow we'd be 2-0 right now.

Absolutely, if Scotty makes a few threes and we get some more layups, then the today show shows not only Duke going down, but Kansas as well

    Re: Last night game

Scottie will struggle when an athletic guard stays on him and doesn't help out. He's just not athletic enough to get off his own shot. Diante impressed me a lot. KU was unable to help on Diante because it would leave Scottie open and Diante showed what he can do with a straight up man defense. I was very impressed with him and if he had any help like one more athletic guard and a good post player everybody would see how good he really is.
