The Official BCS NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP PICKS

Cam Newton outweighs all of Oregon's safeties as well as line backers. Look for Auburn to run with Newton.

Final Pick: Auburn 31- Oregon 18

Re: The Official BCS NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP PICKS

    Oregon 42 Auburn 31. Offenses are a wash, and Oregon's D > Auburn's D.

Karma has to come back some time. The SEC has won 5 straight, and Auburn is blatantly getting away with paying their unquestionable best player.

Look for Auburn to run with Newton
That's some bold insight right there.

Re: The Official BCS NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP PICKS

I'm torn as to whether I even watch the game. I have a feeling I will just get ****** off when Auburn wins with what everyone knows should be an ineligible player. I'm not sure it is smart to do so when I know that going in...

Re: The Official BCS NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP PICKS

Ok, when will the people who are clearly good at picking the winners weigh in? I don't need advice from jokers who have no more credits than I do.

For the record, I picked Oregon in the pickem but really am leaning Auburn right now. I think the layoff won't help the quick Duck O timing. And I heard somethnig else about the refs not letting Oregon change personnel unles AU can match if they chose? Was that right or is that always the case?

I think Auburn wins because Cam Newton will take over the game a la Vince Young. Pretty impressive considering he is only paid $200,000/year.

    Auburn 35
    Oregon 31

Cam Newton gets injured early on, but comes back, fights through the pain to win it.

    Honestly wouldn't shock me.

Oregon doesn't revolve around any one player like Auburn. Oregon could lose LaMichael James and still hang with anyone.

If say Newton gets injured early, like Colt McCoy last year, Auburn is 100% toast. Oregon is a much better all around team, but Auburn has one of the more unstoppable players we've seen.

I wonder how much having a month to prepare for Cam Newton will help Oregon, as compared to say all the teams that played Auburn in the regular season?

Excatly my thinking. But with the long layover from thier last games I will say 28 -17 Auburn and the fighting Cheez Whizz.
