Has he hired an agent or has he just entered his name?

Great news for ISU. How good is their backup supposed to be?

Well, their current backup is now their starter. So really we need to be worried about their backup's backup.

No brainer, really. Their backup is more of a runner. James Franklin (FR)

I think it's funny how much love he's getting around here after the game with the Hawks. I think the comparison was "a poor man's Persa" ... riigghht. If you watched him play against ISU, you knew he had a big league arm.

A big league arm that threw a pick six to Leonard Johnson had he not dropped it.

My goodness, I just about punched my computer at work because you made me remember that play. Pretty symbolic of Leonard's season if you ask me.

    Re: Gabbert entering draft

Must be nice to be able to throw a game-losing pick-6 in a bowl game and then declare for the NFL draft. Good for us, I guess.

Wish this game was in Ames next year. Could be a down year in Columbia.

    Re: Gabbert entering draft

Gabbert has horrible pocket presence and footwork. I don't know how high he will go, but I don't think he will have much success until he gets those things fixed.
That and throwing horrible pick sixes in crucial moments.

The one constant through all the years, Ray, has been baseball. America has rolled by like an army of steamrollers. It has been erased like a blackboard, rebuilt and erased again. But baseball has marked the time. This field, this game: it's a part of our past, Ray. It reminds of us of all that once was good and it could be again. Oh... people will come Ray. People will most definitely come.
