Was anyone else turned off by Ron Zook last night?

First, he calls a bootleg at the end of the game, when they were up plenty and should have ran a fullback dive. Then, when Baylor called a time out, he had a horrid smurk on his face. Jerk.

I always say its the defenses job to stop the offense, so even though I didn't watch this game I doubt it would have bothered me.

No I wasn't at all. Its the defense's job to stop them. This isnt Pee-Wee football. If Baylor had any butt hurt last night, then thats there problem.

I'm a big hawkeye fan and follow the Big 10 quite a bit. I can tell you there are not many people who like Zook. Had Illinois not done as well as they had this year and won a bowl game, many feel he would've been gone. Not only was the bootleg a cheap call, he's also a slimeball when it comes to recruiting.

If you don't like it, stop them. This isn't high school. This was a bowl game.

Baylor deserved it after the god awful showing they made. I have no problem with it.

I agree he is kind of an arrogant little jerk, it comes from his FL days. It is the 'better than you' syndrome, you should be use to it by know playing Iowa, TX and OK.....

Yeah Baylor should have stopped them, but if you're going to be anything, be embarrassed for Baylor getting burned bad on that play. If Baylor had anyone out there they probably could have brought him down or gotten him out of bounds. There wasn't anyone even close to him.
