    Automotive question?

    97-02 DODGE RAM 1500 2500 3500 OVERHEAD CONSOLE TRIP - eBay (item 220712335561 end time Dec-21-10 17:38:02 PST)

I have a 2002 Dodge Ram and I would like to put a overhead console in. So my question is, is it possible to install one of these in a vehicle that was not built with one. and where do i go to get this done. and how much would this cost.

First, I have no idea on cost.

Are you looking to replace an existing overhead light?

    Re: Automotive question?

you most likely have some kind of an overhead light, which you could steal the electricity from to run the console. It is probably not a big deal to mount it since vehicles are designed to swap optional equipment. The real trouble would be how and were to mount sensors for outdoor temp. Also there is a compass it appears. Not sure what that needs to get a reading, maybe nothing.
