The greatest thing is he never gave up on the play. Even if he didn't get the block he was determined to get there. That is very impressive for a frosh.
In my opinion, while the block was awesome, my favorite part was his reaction to it. No fanfare. No hooting and hollering. Just doin' work. Some of the other guys gave him congrats, but Melvin kept an even keel. Love that attitude. He might have been going nuts inside, but on the outside, it's just another play.
