    Wimpy NFL Football Players

I was watching ESPN this morning and they were running a story about how some of the Chicago players(Jay Cuttler etc.) were complaining about having to play in the cold up at Minnesota this weekend. It's too cold, the field will be hard, blah blah, blah.

They followed that up with a story about Donovan Mcnabb with his agent saying that Donavan felt very "disprespected" being benched.

Well boys this is Pro Football. Cow boy up! What a bunch of wimps.

    FIFY.

If they didn't want to play in the cold, they could always find another career.

Man, I never thought I'd hear the day that an NFC North (old Central Division) Division team would be crying about playing outside in December. Btw, shouldn't Cutler be somewhat used to it playing in Chi? I mean what's an extra 5 degrees?

It wasn't just Bears players bud, Vikings players expressed concerns that the field would be basically asphalt as well (Shiancoe and Ben Leber). Had little to do with the cold.

Yes Jay Cutler was in a way the "spokesman" for the Bears, because the quotes were taken from his weekly presser with the media. But he stated it in a way as voicing concerns from the locker room or whole team. As far as the Bears go Only Lovie and Jay have weekly pressers with the media each Monday.

It wasn't just Cutler saying it(however he's the one who was on the video) The story was about a number of Bears players complaining.

Umm, the Bears were not complaining about the cold, they were complaining about the awful stadium condition, which you would be as well if you had to get tackled on a rock hard field. An NFL game should not be played in that stadium right now. It is a joke. If a Bear player is severly injured and misses a game or 2 the NFL should be ashamed of its self.

IMO Donovan has every right to feel "disrespected" and disappointed about being benched for freakin' REX GROSSMAN.

I know he hasn't had a great season, but seriously? Rex Grossman? What the hell are you thinking Shanahan?

And Soldier Field doesn't have issues with weather?

They just need 3 or 4 inches of cushy snow.
