    Big guy looks like he has pulled the plug. This should help our inside people when we chalk up two victories over Big Red as they exit. He might play against Lucca.

    He was good. Nebrasketball is just never going to get it going under Sadler.

    I have no idea why schools are still recruiting foreign players. It seems like most of them recently, at least at the high-major level, (a) have eligibility concerns in the first place, (b) disappoint on the court, and/or (c) leave in the middle of a season.

    Fixed that for you. Sadler is not the issue. It is the general apathy that Nebraskan's have toward anything but football. Without support, they will never be able to compete for consistent NCAA bids. It probably also doesn't help that Osborne is the AD. I doubt he really gives two rips about anything other than football.

    They are too busy jumping from the Husker football bandwagon to the Creighton basketball bandwagon to realize that NU actually still fields a team. No one in this state cares about NU b-ball, they openly mock the team and Sadler on the radio in Omaha on a consistent basis.

    Nebraska got a brief scare last week when 6-11, 320-pound center Andre Almeida suffered a swollen knee. But Sadler said a medical exam showed no problems.

    This guy may be a matchup problem if we get into a half court game.

    Wasn't Maric gone last year?

    He very much did kill us, especially after a game a few years ago when Jiri Hubalek took it to him. He bounced back from that to come here and drop something like 40 and 20 on us.
