I haven't either...I randomly caught the end of it the other night but have looked every night and not found it.

It's not really Christmas until I have watched that and White Christmas

Christmas Vacation is a classic that should be bought. It needs to be in everybody's movie collection. Why? Well, because I said so and so did Santa.

I saw it on tv like 2 months ago. It felt a a little weird watching it because it was so far from Christmas.

It is an annual family tradition at our house. We make the kids open their presents before they can watch the movie!

What kills me everytime, well besides the sledding scene, is the little sleeveless turtleneck that eddy wears under his white long sleeve hahah.

"Now that is sorry, mister. If I had a rubber hose, I would beat you..."

My favorite part is the tirade right after he discoveres that it's the jelly of the month club:

Hey! If any of you are looking for any last-minute gift ideas for me. I have one……..I’d like Frank Shirley, my boss, right here tonight.

I want him brought from his happy holiday slumber over there on Melody Lane with all the other rich people and I want him brought right here, with a big ribbon on his head, and I want to look him straight in the eye and I want to tell him what a cheap, lying, no-good, rotten, four-flushing, low-life, snake-licking, dirt-eating, inbred, overstuffed, ignorant, blood-sucking, dog-kissing, brainless, dickless, hopeless, heartless, fat-***, bug-eyed, stiff-legged, spotty-lipped, worm-headed sack of monkey **** HE IS!

Hallelujah! Holy ****! Where’s the Tylenol?

Re: "Christmas Vacation" - the movie

Traditional family tradition over the years has been watching Christmas Vacation...my kids have most of the lines memorized and join in at the proper time.

By the way, it has been a bit "nipply" lately....

Trivia: The actor who plays Rusty plays Leonard Hofstadter on Big Bang Theory (Johnny Galecki)
I'm going to watch this movie again after I get off work.
