What to do with 18mo Old During Winter Break?

    Hi Fanatics-

We're going to be visiting Des Moines and Ames from out of state for the week between Xmas and New Year's. Any ideas for things to do with an 18mo while we're in town? Days will be pretty long if we're just hanging out at my Mom's house all day for a week.

    Thanks!

    Eric

Butterfly House at Reiman Gardens in Ames. Your mom would like that too.

leave him in the car, with the heat on of course.

“It’s beyond pride. It’s a restored trust. There’s a confidence again, a passion that teeters on swagger. More than anything, (Iowa State head coach Paul Rhoads) has restored the Iowa State “it” factor, the steadfast belief that it is great to be a Cyclone...the man’s enthusiasm is genuine to the core...”

Food service hides the trays. Otherwise you could take him "sledding."

Dean Wormer was wrong. Fat, drunk and stupid was a great way to go through college (all five years of it).

Does he like to drink? If so I recommend Liars Club, 101 lounge, Mickeys or Uncle Bucks. Solid drinks and a lot of tail to choose from. He should love it.

    No thanks necessary.

    I'm on Twitter too: Tre4ISU

    Or so I have read.

Wildlife spotting in the country. If you have a gun shoot some Coyotes while you're at it.

If you go to the top floor of the towers and look east, you might be able to see Iowa City imploding. That's always fun.
