Friday night match-up for ISU recruit Brynn W.

ISU recruit Brynn Williamson and her Staley team will be taking on Blue Springs in the Lee's Summit North tournament final at 7 on Friday for those in the area. Blue Springs will be a big test. They finished second at state the last two years, and have essentially recruited the best players away from some nearby schools. They won their first two games of the tourney 87-13 and 80-23. That second game was against a team (Lee's Summit West) that includes at least one player (Emiah Bingley) being recruited by Big 12 schools. They held her to 3 points. Brynn is mentioned at the end of the attached article on the tournament.

BTW, Tyonna Snow who the article is mostly about is the daughter of former Chiefs linebacker Percy Snow.

Marissa Ellis (2012 G?) in the article is a D-1 prospect I've heard of though I don't know much about her.

Brynn Williamson sounds like a very good looking recruit. Anyone have pictures. Sometimes women just have hot sounding names.

Nobody but HB knows for sure. You pretty much know nothing....like Knownothing would like to say.

    Royal,

Did you see where Bryn had I think 17 last nite?
Staley was not that impressive according to an official but will see how they are against the Wildcats

All of the Sisters are fabulous - its part of the recruiting criteria along with good family, great work ethic, good student, and yes, exceptional talent on the court. It has been reported that Brynn is Homecoming Queen, if that helps.

Weve got a pretty good football conference, and weve got a pretty good conference overall. Were still walking around with our heads held high and our chest out, about that. Paul Rhoads

Re: Friday night match-up for ISU recruit Brynn W.

Arson, I left you a note in the room. For the rest, it was a tough night for Brynn and her Staley Falcons tonight. I left after the 3rd quarter with them behind Blue Springs by about 32, and BS coach still applying the press. It was like watching UCONN games the last couple two years. You know the other team is good, but they just can't match-up with a team that is loaded top to bottom, 9-10 deep. Brynn played pretty well considering the circumstances. She showed her range, played inside too. She looked like an undersized Hallie C. to me.
