    There's a shocker.

    I'm betting it's Malzahn.

In 1984, I was hospitalized for approaching perfection.

That would be a good bet assuming he doesn't receive a head coaching opportunity.

I hope you're right. Would be interested to see how Auburn fares next year without Gus and Cam.

That totally blows my mind when I realize he was a high school coach at Springdale not all that long ago. His resume has vaulted in a very short period of time.

Never argue with an idiot. They will bring you down to their level and then beat you with experience.

Texas might take a look at Herman. What would the benefits of going from Auburn to Texas be? I know the simple one not working for an arrogrant arse, but I'm assuming the money would be about the same.

I'm guesssing Gus is waiting for a head coaching gig. Texas already has their next head coach waiting in the wings. And since nothing has come from the Cam Scam then I don't see a lot of coaches leaving as they can cheat, win, and get away with it.

I personally hope Texas hires some putz and they continue to wallow in mediocrity for awhile.

They dont have a quarterback to run our system, minus Vince Young when have they ever had a running QB?

I have a pretty good feeling this Cam issue isn't dead yet. Auburn better enjoy the present because things may not be so bright down the road.

    What HC jobs are open?

    CU
    Minn
    Indiana

Of those 3 CU would be the best job.

From that same site on Nov. 27:

Vanderbilt: Reports have surfaced that Vanderbilt really wants to narrow in on Auburn offensive coordinator Gus Malzahn and Navy offensive coordinator Ivin Jasper.

    Ask Chizik and Muschamp.

Also, this rumor is confirmed by multiple sources now.
