    Heartrate Monitor

We just picked up a cardio machine we'd been looking at for a while, on a good deal for Black Friday. We decided to get the most basic computer option, and the only thing it lacked that I would have liked was heartrate monitoring. It would have cost another $400 to upgrade and I figured I could come out way ahead by buying a seperate monitor.

What have you guys used that you like and have good luck with? I just want something that will monitor heartrate. I don't need to download anything to my PC, GPS or anything like that - I can upgrade later if I decide I "need" those features. I am a big guy and will need a large chest strap too.

You can spend a lot of time and money picking out the perfect floral bouquet for your date ... but you're probably better off checking if you have bad breath and taking the porn out of the glove compartment.

The moral: you gain more by not being stupid, than you do by being smart. Smart gets neutralized by other smart people. Stupid does not.

I have had a lot of luck with "Polar". I use an E600 which is downloadable.
