    JB vs. JB

Damon: I'll take Bourne over James Bond - CNN.com

He brings up a good point. Who's your favorite? Bourne or Bond?

    Re: JB vs. JB

I think Bourne would win in a fight, but after Bond woke up and escaped whatever trap Bourne put him in he'd hunt down Bourne and kill him, after or course hitting and/or tapping Bourne's girlfriend.

    Re: JB vs. JB

Bond has always struck me as a little snobby. In a fight between the two, I don't know who'd win, but I'd probably root for Bourne.

Bond. Casual sex with no strings or regrets, blowing up stuff, wiping out bad guys, and luxurious travel. Everything I want to be. =)

Bourne. Badass, only one girl, everyone wants to kill me, running out of sequels. Would be fun for a bit.

    Re: JB vs. JB

That would depend.... Are we talking Daniel Craig, Pierce Brosnan, Sean Connery or one of the other Bonds?

Bourne but only the Bourne from

Ludlum's books - not Matt Damon.

    Re: JB vs. JB

Well, Pierce sucked. Sean and Daniel are my two faves because they are similar in badassery. Roger more was good.

There has been only one Bourne and Im not a Matt Damon fan. But he does good in them.

I would have to say Bourne over the old Bonds mainly just because it's modernized but the newest Bond movie was the best.

Yeah, I saw the 4th die hard, it was the best since the first. I really enjoyed that movie. And the whiney mac guy was pretty funny.

    Two words. "George Lazenby"
he takes the entire Bond series down about 3 pegs.

He's an insider. He likes being a secret agent. He worships at the altar of technology. He loves his gadgets. And he embodies this whole set of misogynistic values
Sign me up! But seriously, I grew up watching Bond. It'll always have a place for me, plus I liked Casino Royale more than any of the Bourne movies.

DH4 was about the best action movie you could have. It had action every second, a hot bad girl and comedy mixed in. Yippie Ki-Yay!

    Re: JB vs. JB

Bruce Willis... Matt Damon... Daniel Craig.... I'd have to choose Mr Craig. As for plot lines, I've never been a fan of the Bond movies, so I'd go with the Bourne movies.... Although, while it pains me to say, the Die Hard movies really aren't that bad.....

Plus, Bond had all of those stupid, gimmicky weapons. That's enough to put him #3 on my list.
