Interesting. More proof that the team is playing better but just isnt showing in the W/L spot. Now we need to beat 5 bowl bound teams next year!

Not to mention they also shutout a team that won the Missouri Valley Conference and is bound for the 1-AA playoffs in the Northern Iowa Panthers. As compared to defeating the 3-8 1-AA North Dakota State Bison a year ago.

Re: ISU beat more bowl bound teams in 2010 than 2009

we played 7 ranked teams this year

    NIU
    Iowa
    K-state
    Utah
    OU
    Texas
    Nebraska
    Mizzou

    or arguably 8

so we needed to be a top 25 team to qualify for a bowl game.

That puts our sick schedule into real perspective. Ouch.

Since we are an elite team now, let's go get that One Cyclone Moment.
Make this one for the ages!
