Perrault you are soo full of it

The refs did not run off the court. They were there well after the games was over. They talked to both coaches after the shot. They knew they didnt have replay. I watched them walf off the court as the teams were shaking hands. The crowd thought the ball went in, the team thought it went in, CU thought the ball went in.

Re: Perrault you are soo full of it

I was there, didn't pay attention to refs so can't confirm. I do know that the Register reported the same thing....which isn't suprising since that is what refs do 98% of the time when a game ends.

    Bottom line. Non-story.

I was there...the refs were on the court well after the shot went in. They ran off of the court after they talked to the coaches and then were threatened by the jaysker fans.

Yeah, I don't remember exactly when they ran off, but they were on the court while the teams were shaking hands.

Right .. except, the rest of the potential fan base will have the opportunity to dismiss ISU with the same contempt Giggles spews almost every day. A youthful fanbase will learn to don Iowa gear quickly to avoid the ridicule. Many have already. So go ahead and bury your head in the sand . .

Especially if they get the ISU McDermott and not the UNI McDermott. Get ready for almost always losing if it comes down to coaching, and say goodbye to most your star players after a year or two in the program.

Haha Jayskers! I like that, Jayskers........

Non-story? It's an outright fabrication, which anybody who considers themself a "legitimate news source" would not make up.

agree, we have to fight the fight. The 12 year old being driven to basketball practice hears this crap on radio from the back seat and his young mind gets brainwashed. We are fighting a war for the hearts and minds of potential cyclone fans.
