Re: What is the proper punishment?

Isn't wearing a Mizzou shirt punishment in itself?

Re: What is the proper punishment?

Disowning him could be an option, but the better question is this: What sort of parent allows that shirt into their home?

What he did is terrible, but I blame you for allowing the situation in the first place, and then for attempting to pass the blame onto your son. Man up and own responsibility.

write all over it..then he won't want to wear it again

"We embrace that challenge and what it presents to us. I’m going to approach all 12 games this way: We’re going to win them all. If we prepare and then go out and execute, we’re going to win all 12. Now how many are we going to end up with at the end of the year? I don’t know, and you’re right, I won’t put a number on it."- Paul Rhoads on having the toughest schedule in the Big 12

These were my two first thoughts when reading the OP; in this order.

"There are five real good recruits in the state. We got three of them. One couldn’t get into school, and the other went to (the University of) Iowa...which is about the same thing." - Coach Johnny Orr

He is probably just wearing it to mess with you so the less attention you give it the quicker it will go away.
