    Stay classy Bielema

You seriously don't score 83 points without trying. Watching highlights, it looked like they were trying to run up the score even when up by 40. 11 touchdowns. Wow. Stay classy Bielema.

Also, what is the highest amount of points scored in a d-1 game?

Wisconsin could end up in a three-way tie for the Big 10 title, in which case the BCS standings would determine who goes to the Rose Bowl and any other potential BCS bid. Running up the score gives them a better shot at the BCS.

No one should ever complain about running up the score in a conference game. You are in the Big 10, time to put on the big boy pants. If you don't want them to score 83, then try playing a little defense.

222-0. Not too shabby. All rushing yards, not 1 passing attempt. 32 TD's. 1,620 yards.

    "STAY classy?"

You have to be classy, to stay classy.

This is the same guy who, after playing in his last Iowa/ISU game, told Jim Walden "It's been a pleasure kicking your a_ _ for 4 years."

    Real classy.

But then, Barry Alverez hired him.

So they wanted to beat Indiana by 60 in case of a tie for the b10 title?

Unfortunately the way things are currently reward running the score up, it's a great system...

Losers complain about someone running up the score.

    Re: Stay classy Bielema

I thought the BCS changed it so margin of victory doesn't matter as much anymore?

It makes sense if margin of victory is one of the major tiebreakers.
