    Keeler - Read This!

Barfknecht: Rhoads is resourceful and resilient - Omaha.com

No reason to post a link for the garbage you wrote....don't you think putting Austen Arnaud in as the holder in that situation might have tipped off the play just a little bit? No loss is a good loss, but I am still waiting for your piece about how the future is bright, Iowa State has its man and Cyclone fans have every reason to be excited - interesting that someone 120 miles away gets that already!

Thats what kills me. Anyone else to throw the ball and NU would have sniffed it out. Its a no brainer. He just failed to complete it. Its heartbreaking but I felt better about this game than any other botched win we have ever had. There are no moral victories but playing to win rather than playing not to lose is good to see.

    Just read Keeler's article...

He now deserves the title of Captain Hindsight.

If ifs and buts were candy and nuts, maybe you wouldn't be such an idiot.

Keeler is an idiot. Running out the clock was the right call. Remember what happened against Texas Tech? Or, Utah?

Keeler and the Rag are not worth the time. It is really too bad because when I was a kid (long time ago) the Register was a good newspaper.

How is that the Omaha area has better articles about the Clones but our paper that is only 30 minutes from town puts out crap. The Rag needs to get a clue.

    Re: Keeler - Read This!

Not that I read his crap, but I prefer it when he is writing about how he sucks KF's ****. They should only allow him to write about Hawkeye stuff, have someone else with a less biased opinion write about Cyclone stuff.

I used to gripe about Keeler . . and at times defended him BUT, one thing I am certain of, . . . he is negative, his timing is awful, he always likes to lead with his chin, and he deserves much contempt for this piece of crap.

Beyond all that . . the RAG has a horrible PR problem with ISU. They fail to police their column responses from all the dirt bag Iowa fans. That speaks volumes to me.

this loss WAS a moral victory- so many other isu sides would have folded. Take what you learn to the next game and punish the opposition.
