    Jack Trice Club Seats Question

Going to first game in several years. Will be sitting in the Jack Trice Club seats on the east side of stadium. Can some one tell me about the area? Is it complimentary food and beverage (if so beer?)
Thanks in advance. Looking forward to a fun day.

They have some finger foods, sandwiches and salads, also ice cream machine which is all complimentary but you have to pay for the beer.

So this would be an alternative to tailgating? Please tell me it's the same ice cream they ahve at Hilton! Brats and hot dogs = finger food?

The ice cream is clone cones from hilton. The food varies each game but what I saw typically was brats, dogs, hamburgers, maybe chicken breasts, couple of times I've seen some sort of pasta along with chips etc, and usually some sort cookies or brownies etc. It's a pretty good spread.

They have sandwiches, sides, and beverages. Jack Trice Club serves beer but it's not free. You have to pay for it. Great seats though and great appetizers at halftime. I love sitting there, unfortunately it doesn't happen often.

Best seats in the stadium IMO. Not that I can afford to sit there.

A friend who sits in the Club section, recalling $5,000 per seat per yr is the price he pays.

They are $1500 for one seat per year. You do have to be at the $5,000 donation level though to buy them. Unless you are one of the grandfathered people that gave money to build the stadium back in the 70's. I'm pretty sure they don't have to donate, but still have to pay full price for the tickets.

Yep for anyone new you must give at the $5000 level and that gets you the opportunity to buy up to 4 tickets at $1500 a piece. But definitely the best seats in the house. Outside still apart of the game (but under the overhang with tvs and heaters) with good food, bar stools and beer just a step inside. I would pick the club seats over even the suites.

The suites are too five star IMO. Its considered improper to yell or show emotion. They are very nice with all the perks but more like going to the opera than a college football experience.

Re: Jack Trice Club Seats Question

The club seats are great. Food ranges from dogs to prime rib, popcorn to ice cream, chips and dip to veggies. There is free pop, lemonade, iced tea, and beer and wine are $5-$6.
For the most part it's a little more resevered up there. No one stands during the game, but people still go wild for a big play. The overhead hang and heaters are great for bad weather, and the TV's hanging from the roof are nice to watch replays. Last year Bill F and GMAC were up there most games talking to fans. I haven't seen CFH yet.
