For those that loved Oregon Trail...

    Try the "Organ Trail".

It's a zombie-themed knockoff of the original classic.

I made it all the way on my first try, but was the only member left in my party.

    I scored 1031 pts.

Re: For those that loved Oregon Trail...

This version has a long ways to go.

The trade system has a long way to go. It can take days worth of time to get any supplies you might need. The couple of times i ran out of fuel it would take dozens of tries to find someone who wanted to give fuel, usually needed to go scavenge for food to trade for the fuel), and during all these tries to find someone to trade with, you had to keep getting more food since that was still being eaten.

Also, i was within 200 miles of oregon and i stopped to rest, and all of a sudden my whole team died except for me. Not cool. Everyone had made it to that point.

Set pace to grueling, rations to meager!

I question the distances - I can only assume that the landmark after Dallas is Amarillo (identified as "Strip Club" by the game, and if you have lived there, you know this is the truth), but there is no way that it is 600 miles to Amarillo from DFW - more like 300.

And if everyone is chillin' in the station wagon, how can you get bitten by a zombie? I did "enjoy" getting dysentery, that was a nice touch!

    1797 points.

Only ran out of gas once and luckily was able to trade for more on the first try.

Not sure how one of my guys kept getting exhaustion while sitting in a station wagon, but whatevs.

Always hire the mercenaries to get through the zombies. It didn't cost me anything and got me through safely each time.

And yes, set pace to grueling and rations to meager.
