Burgers, brats (with plenty of sauerkraut) and beer! For the morning games with the early tailgates, we used to pre-make some breakfast burritos, which turned out pretty well.

We did a whole crap ton of breakfast burritos last year the night before and reheated them on the grill the next morning and they were fantastic!

Re: What's your favorite tailgating food?

    Armadillo Eggs.

Take a bunch of jalapenos, slice them length-wise and gut them. Stuff them with softened cream cheese and put the two halves back together. Wrap them in bacon to keep them closed, then wrap the entire thing in a layer of ground breakfast sausage.

Throw them on the grill for a while. Soooo good.

They're pretty time-consuming to make, unless you have a few people all pitching in. Definitely need to prep them the night before, but totally worth it.

Did hot wings on the grill for the first time at the uni game... My new favorite.

Chili for nebraska next week... Kinda a tradition for that game. Spicy for me and buddy. Burn your butt of for nebraska fans with us.

OK, I want to know how you're cooking Philly's in the lots. That sounds pretty damn good.

The Mizzou game is our jambalaya game this year. Pretty slick using a turkey fryer for that.
