How does a win like this affect recruiting in the state of Texas? Do recruits take notice or not?

Re: CF Podcast: YOUR QUESTIONS Wanted

I'll ask the obvious - what happened to the game ball that CPR chucked?

Chuck Lidell: I paint my toenails with pink and black polish. Problem is, I get more paint on my toes and on the carpet than on my nails. Any advice?
Maria Sharapova: Don't you beat up other guys for a living? I don't know how to answer this.

If you were a game ball, would you be afraid to be in the same room as Paul Rhoads?

Did David Sims and L.j have popcorn before this game? Many dropped "what should have been" interceptions? Im not sure if you can cover this story Chris. Take that as a challenge.

Dawson's Creek - shouldn't it really have been Pacey's Creek? I'd be available to discuss and debate in full detail.

Many upset longhorn fans calling for the big MACK to leave? Does this happen if texas loses two more games? He has been there for a while, many fans want this change to occur.

    Hi Chris and Brent,

Unfortunately, as Iowa State fans, we're familiar with being disrespected and cast as the Big XII bottom dwellers (especially in football) - sometimes even cast as unworthy of even being in the Big XII conference or an embarrassment to the Big XII. Do you guys ever get treated that way by other members of the Big XII media who cover the more prominent programs in our conference? Any experiences that rubbed you the wrong way you could share or is everyone in the media pretty cordial - regardless of the schools they represent?

    Thanks,

    Jonecy

Re: CF Podcast: YOUR QUESTIONS Wanted

There are several in the fanbase that are saying "we'll lose to Kansas because we're Iowa State, and that's just they way it typically happens for us." Paul Rhoads has given us reason to believe we can win any conference game we enter, do you think it's time to start legitimately expecting to win games like KU that we, on paper, should win? Or are we as a fan base doomed to witness let-down games every year?

What are your impressions and thoughts with the way Shontrelle Johnson expressed his excitement in the locker room after the game?

They're not fans then. Coach Rhoads has yet to show us that he can't win a game that we're not supposed to win. The only ones that you may have arguments about are KSU and KU last year, and at that early point in his tenure, those were toss ups at best. Until he loses a game that he's supposed to win, I trust him.

Better win for the program: Texas this year or NU last year?
